The MAP Studies is a two-year longitudinal study that provides an electronic questionnaire every three months. We started recruiting participants in April 2024. So far, 7549 people have participated in our first mental health survey (Baseline).
Study timeline
To date, we have done:
Round 1: the recruitment participants and Baseline, launched in April 2024 and completed in August 2024.
Round 2: the first Follow-up in September 2024.
Round 3: the second Follow-up in December 2024.

Who is taking part in the study?
We analyze and compare three different groups of people
MAP-U
People in Ukraine randomly selected from the Western, Central, and Eastern regions of Ukraine.
MAP-Z (UA)
Ukrainian refugees with protection status S currently living in the canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
MAP-Z (ZH)
People from the general population of the canton of Zurich, Switzerland, who were not affected by the war (so-called control group).
